Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery and only if you receive the wrong product, a damaged product, or a product with a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, you must provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and the issue. The product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, with the original SELEKT tag still attached. If your order included a complimentary sticker pack, it must also be returned. Returns with missing tags, missing sticker packs, or products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. All return requests are subject to verification and approval by SELEKT. After your return request is approved, the pickup will be scheduled within 72 hours. Please ensure the product is packed securely and ready for collection by our delivery partner.
