Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery and only if you receive the wrong product, a damaged product, or a product with a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, you must provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and the issue. The product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, with the original SELEKT tag still attached. If your order included a complimentary sticker pack, it must also be returned. Returns with missing tags, missing sticker packs, or products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
